The next time you find yourself driving a car in South Korea, you might want to think twice about breaking any speed limits unless you want these guys on your tail.
Needless to say, the South Korean patrol cars are not your everyday Kia Rios or Hyundai Getzs. By our tally, that’s a Ferrari 360, a Porsche 911, and a Lamborghini Gallardo all serving as patrol cars for South Korea’s police department.
If you’re picturing a car chase, you’re probably thinking that the scenario would be the other way around. Supercar gets jacked and standard patrol cars give chase. Well, in Korea, the shoe is in the proverbial other foot and trying to engage these cars in a good old police chase is as dumb an idea as drinking milk on Fat Tuesday.

Flanders Collection Cars: Lamborghini
Flanders Collection Car is a car show for collector’s cars, classics, oldtimers and amazing sportscars. This year the organizers decided to concentrate themselves on Lamborghini, one of the most respected supercarbrands in the world. As this show concentrates itself on more ‘older’ cars, we got the chance to see 8 classic Lamborghini’s as well as 3 more recent models. What’s certainly very interesting is that all cars on display are for sale.
When entering the exhibition hall one of the best Lambo’s on display was right in front of us. The to 31 pieces limited edition Diablo SVR, unveiled at the 1996 Geneva Salon as a lightweight competition version of the ’standard’ SV running on a 5.7 liter V12 and 540 bhp strong engine. Beside this one, there was also first generation red Diablo VT displayed. To refresh your mind we can tell you that this Diablo also has a 5.7 liter V12 in the back producing 529 bhp. The 0 – 100 kmh (62 mph) time is 3.8 seconds. Of course the Diablo’s successor was present in the shape of a white Murciélago LP640.
Next eye-catching car was the 1982 Countach S5000. With it’s 5 liter engine it had an improved performance combined with a very good looking but rather special bodywork. The Countach could sprint from standstill to 100 kmh (62 mph) in just under 6 seconds and reach a topspeed of almost 320 kmh (200 mph). About 676 examples of this car were ever made.
Also special and always nice to stare at is the Miura SV. Lamborghini gave the V12 of the standard Miura an extra 15 bhp bringing it to a total of 385 bhp. With a limited production of just 150 cars, we were glad so see this one live as we know sure that not all Miura SV’s are still ‘alive’.

Ferrari and Lamborghini Crash in South Africa
Two shiny new exotic cars – a Lamborghini Murcielago and Ferrari F430 – wrecked into each other in South Africa, and that’s not even interesting part. The two drivers involved were attending a wedding reception for the family of the ruling political party in the town of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, when the cars collided. The Lamborghini was apparently driven by a former hitman convicted of six murders, but was granted political amnesty and let off.

Free drinks and a $2.29 Lamborghini
The invite reads: "Miami has been chosen as the inaugural city for the U.S. launch of the much talked about luxury energy drink ..." As if there were a long line of other cities that would fall for something labeled a "luxury energy drink."
That this one has the word Lamborghini on the label cinches it. Put us down for a case, right?
The launch party for Tonino Lamborghini Energy Drink (yes, Tonino Lamborghini is the son of that Lamborghini) is Thursday, Feb. 11, at Club 50, the rooftop lounge at the Viceroy hotel (485 Brickell Ave., Miami). The event gets going at 9 p.m. and is free, with an open bar until midnight.
Expect to soon find the drink, a familiar mix including caffeine, taurine and B vitamins, retailing at $2.29, and as a booster in your favorite club or bar.

LAMBORGHINI ENERGY DRINK POWER OF THE MYTH
LAMBORGHINI ENERGY DRINK ROLLS INTO U.S.
HOLLYWOOD,CA(Hollywood Today)2/5/2010–Tonino Lamborghinin started his own business, in 1981, designing and branding his first watch collection.
Reinterpreting the historical values and the symbolism which characterize his family, Tonino gave life to a new prestige brand. Drawing inspiration from his previous experiences in the field of engineering and design, he extended the concept of luxury to products capable of evoking a world made up of fashion, technology and innovation: watches, sunglasses, perfumes, leather accessories, furnishing items and clothing lines created from the most sort after, high quality materials; a coordinated universe of complimenting stylish items, which express ‘Puro Talento Italiano’.
Palazzo del Vignola is a 1500 century villa just outside Bologna and today the head office of Tonino Lamborghini, where the Tonino Lamborghini Style Centre fashion and design creations are developed. Palazzo del Vignola is available for business meetings and get together with project partners.
Puro Talento Italiano
In 1983, after success in the Italian market with the first collections of branded accessories, Tonino Lamborghini decided with great foresight to aim at the Asian market, opening the first monobrand shop in Hong Kong.
In 1991, Tonino Lamborghini, who holds an honorary engineering degree conferred upon him by New York University, planned an electric golf cart model and created a line of apparel and sporting accessories that assure high game performance to those who want to continue to wear ‘Puro Talento Italiano’ in their free time.
Half way through the ’90s, with the innovative style that always distinguishes him from the others, Tonino Lamborghini was among the first brands to launch his own line of high gastronomy: high quality coffee, the best and most representative wines and gastronomic delicacies, such as extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pastas and sauces, all the products are expression of the prestigious Italian culinary tradition, guaranteed by the Tonino Lamborghini brand.
Coffee lounges
The success enjoyed by this line of delicacies and the significant brand appeal opened the doors for the realization of a true network of Tonino Lamborghini coffee lounges in 2000. The locales are characterized by a captivating and evocative architectural style firmly rooted in the history of the brand, with welcoming and elegant atmospheres where the qualitative excellence of the menu and service are a must.
2007 was crowned by the inauguration of the first Caffè Corsa in Dubai, after that will follow other ‘caffès’ in some of the most luxury and prestigious hotels and shopping centers in the Middle East.
The Future
In July 2007, the first Tonino Lamborghini Business Hotel in Parma opened its doors: a sophisticatedly designed atmosphere which offers an avant-garde level of services, welcoming the most high-aiming and exclusive of clients.
Finally, a small preview for 2008: the launch of a new line of Tonino Lamborghini fragrances for men is literally about to take place.
The creative spirit and the passion for design and technology of Tonino’s father Ferruccio, (the entrepreneur of international success in the field of mechanics), were inherited elements that Tonino Lamborghini knew how to transform into his own style, a style synonymous with originality, luxury, appreciated around the world for that typically Italian spirit that manages to render everything unique. Gritty, passionate, volcanic, elegant.

Lamborghini Ankonian and Madura rendered speculation
With a hybrid Lamborghini due to arrive in 2015 and the replacement for the Murciélago already well into development, one talented car designer has unveiled his interpretation of the next raging bulls.
Unlike most amateur car designs which – while impressive – are merely creations of fantasy, these two designs by Slavche Tanevski could actually feature design cues destined for the real thing.
First proposed in 2008, the Lamborghini “Ankonian” was one of three designs selected by the chief designer at Lamborghini to be turned into a 1/4 scale clay model.
“It took approx. 6 months to actually build the model and it was a great opportunity to try different possibilities concerning the surface management and the proportions. This how the design doesn’t look ‘artificial’, but mature, and due to the fact that we had constant support by Lamborghini and Audi Advanced designers, the final designs have professional touch.” said designer Slavche Tanevski.
Described as taking “the Reventòn style to the next level”, perhaps its most distinguishing feature is the lack of any discernible head lamps, instead replaced by a strip of OLEDs embedded beneath the folds at the front of the car.
Following the success of his first project, Tanevski then began work on what he envisaged a Lamborghini hybrid would look like – calling it the Madura.
Regardless of whether these designs make it into reality, it is at least comforting to know Lamborghini is taking notice of designs as radical as these.

See How You Can Personalize Your Very Own Lamborghini
On its face, the Lamborghini may look plenty exclusive in its own right, but if you’re privileged enough to cohort with a circle of other Lambo owners, the exclusivity likely sheds away quickly. To provide an extra hint of ownership and originality, the Raging Bull has initiated the Ad Personam Program, which gives owners the opportunity to add their own personalized accents to their cars. Examples include a wide selection of colors for the exterior, interior and stitching.

Munich University Student Dreams Of Sleek Lamborghini Hybrid
A common (and often valid) complaint among car enthusiasts is that hybrid electric cars may be more eco-friendly and efficient than conventional vehicles, but their aesthetics resemble a head-on collision between a car, a brick wall, and alien technology from a galaxy far, far away. In answer to the demand for a vehicle that is both fuel-efficient and pleasing to the eye, deviantART member Slavche Tanevsky has created a concept for a hybrid Lamborghini, which he has dubbed the Lamborghini Madura.
The idea for the car stemmed from the Lamborghini Raw Materials Project, an event conducted at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, in which Tanevsky is a participant. Named according to the Lamborghini tradition of naming all cars after famous bulls, bullfighters, or places relevant to the bull-fighting tradition, the Lamborghini Madura is named after an island in Indonesia, which is a site renowned for its bull fights. “The Madura is a proposal for the first hybrid Lamborghini scheduled for 2016,” explains Tanevsky on his deviantART page. A car enthusiast himself, Tanevsky believes that designing a more efficient and environmentally friendly vehicle “doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be exciting, good-looking and fast.”
Tanevsky’s concept utilizes form and function by neatly tucking the electric engine under the car’s front bonnet, a sleek aerodynamic design, slitted headlights designed to emphasize the car’s depth, and other snazzy features such as a stylishly curved hood. Design site Yanko Design positively gushes over the Madura’s fabulously futuristic looks, noting with enthusiasm that “the spoilers, as a special feature, grow out of the side panels and connect with laser beams when breaking as a symbol of the electric drive system.”
